Nord Bakery provides artisan baking services including sourdough subscriptions, pastry deliveries, custom cakes, baking workshops, and corporate catering. All services are subject to availability and our production capacity.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected service. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of submission.
Payment terms will be communicated during order confirmation. We accept bank transfers and approved digital payment methods. Full payment is required before delivery or service provision unless otherwise arranged for corporate clients with invoicing agreements.
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery areas and schedules vary by service. We will specify delivery arrangements during order confirmation. Subscription services follow a regular delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order.
Custom orders require advance notice as specified in the service description. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery dates but cannot guarantee fulfillment if circumstances beyond our control prevent timely production.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery or service provision. Custom cake orders require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within these timeframes may incur a partial charge for ingredients already purchased or preparation already completed.
Subscription services can be paused or cancelled with one week's notice. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
We use high-quality organic ingredients and follow food safety standards. However, our facility processes wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering to discuss whether we can safely accommodate their needs. We are not liable for allergic reactions if proper notification was not provided.

Participants in baking workshops must follow safety instructions provided by our staff. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from pre-existing health conditions not disclosed prior to participation.
Workshop participants grant us permission to take photographs during sessions for marketing purposes unless they explicitly opt out at the time of booking.
